Shipping and Return Policies

Free Shipping rates:

Our "Free Shipping" is offered for products shipped in the US and excludes Alaska and Hawaii, thank you for your understanding.

We Currently Ship to the United States and Canada Only.  

If you would like us to ship our products to you to another country, please Contact Us, and we will get back to you with shipping rates.


Since we are in Oregon there are no added taxes.

Payment options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Paypal, Checks and Money Orders.

Mail checks along with your printed order form to Greer Mfg & Engineering, PO Box 872, Molalla, Oregon 97038

We ship all orders USPS Priority Mail, or UPS ground.

Shipping Times

Sew AdjusTables are built to order and ship within 7 days,  allow another week for ground delivery to your area,  we are located in Oregon.

All other products are shipped approximately 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order.

International orders including Canada are shipped by USPS Priority International and arrive 1 - 3 weeks after processing time.

Please note: Brokerage, taxes, and duties may be required and will be the responsibility of the recipient of the package.


The tracking number will be emailed to you after the order is shipped. Contact us if you haven't received your tracking number in a reasonable time and we'll be happy to check on your order.

Shipping to Australia

Return Policy (USA orders only)

Return Policy for Sewing Tables only: Customer satisfaction is important to us, if you are not completely satisfied with your Sew AdjusTable you may return it to us for a full refund. Please contact us if you have questions about your table, if there is a problem we will work with you to correct it. If you'd like to return it we will email a UPS return label to place on the box and ship back to us free of charge (for USA shipping only, We cannot refund International shipping charges). Once we receive the table we will credit the full amount of your purchase. If you are exchanging the table for a different size we ask that you pay shipping to return the table.

We do accept returns for Matilda Cutting Mats and Grip-Its but we ask that you pay shipping and we will refund the cost of your original invoice.
