Hi, I got my extension table (18x24)
and absolutely love it. The engineering is amazing and all the little
finishing details have been carefully taken care of. It is easy
to put together. I got it mainly to do free-motion quilting but
I am finding that it makes other sewing more enjoyable also. It
will adapt to my Janome Embroidery machine (300 E), my Singer Serger,
and my main machine a Pffaf. I will also be able to adapt it to
whatever machine I buy in the future. The best part is that is was
made in the USA.

Just wanted to let you know my
wonderful little table arrived Friday and it more than met my expectations.

a better choice to haul around to classes than my computerized Janome.
I was worried that the little mini mate wouldn't fit, but it does...just

and so well-made! Although I'm a total mechanical "lost cause",

Hey folks.....I purchased for
my wife for Christmas one of your tables.....this weekend I finally
got around to installing it....I don't know who figured this table
out but they are not very short of being a genius.....I am impressed....At
first I didn't see how it was going to fit but after reading the
directions (men don't read directions) and with a little rearranging
of the screws and pieces it went together like a champ......My wife
loves it and as I said I was impressed from a mechanical view......she
has a smaller machine and she is deciding about one for it.....we
will certainly be buying it from you when she decides.....BTW the

I recieved my order, and I love it. I cannot
thank you enough to come up with this great idea of adjustable extension
table. I have Singer Futura 250, brother feather weight CS-100, and
a serger, and all I need is one extension table!!! I was not sure
if it would fit the Futura because it has an odd shape to it. But
there's no problem. I always missed the old machines that came in
the sewing table after the table top version became pretty standard,
but I didn't realized it until now how easy it was to have the large
sewing area that's even with the machine. Thank you very much again.

Hello Barb,
I'm finally getting around to responding. Been too busy sewing! Well,
that and Christmas and all. I'm delighted with my sewing table! We
(well I) quickly read the directions. My husband was putting it around
my sewing machine. At first there was a little height difference and
then I remembered that one adjustment that made an 1/8 inch difference
and it fit perfectly. There wasn't a problem with the base of the
machine as the support in front of the machine just clears the machine's
base. It is so wonderful to have something to support the fabric.
We had purchased a 4 foot, folding, adjustable table from Sam's and
it is all working together great. I sew in the living room so I can
watch TV and take advantage of the light from our picture window.
With this set up I can easily move everything to another room should
we need space in the living room for company. I have only one suggestion.
Changing the bobbin is a problem. Is there any way to design it so
those of us who have underneath bobbins could easily change it? I've
tried to come up with ideas and have none. Thanks for the wonderful
addition to my sewing machine. Now I think I'll go sew!

I got the table okay but went on a short vacation & so am just

I just received my extension table and I'm SO EXCITED! This is just
the greatest gadget ever. I can tell it was designed by a quilter
and made by a quilter's husband because it works! I am recently retired
and am watching my pennies, like 'most everyone right now. This table
was well worth the money. I have several sewing machines and a whole
litter of Featherweights. I'm always switching machines and it's impossible
to afford tables made for each machine. This little table works for
everything. One of my machines has very bad lighting and I plan to
attach a clip-on gooseneck lamp to the rear right side of the table,
closest to the machine. It should work great, and shouldn't interfere
with moving my quilt around. Thank you for making such a great little

Hi Barb, The table just came
and OMG! I cannot believe how fabulous this thing is. It is like engineering
magic. I set it up in less than 5 minutes. I'm one of those people
who only reads the manual when I have to. I consider assembly a mental
challenge. Well this assembly made me feel like a genius! It was a

Just received my extension table for
my Elna 6003 yesterday. My husband is an engineer and he was so
impressed with the design and quality of the materials he said he
was going to write to you.....but when I said I could e-mail you
he said to go ahead. I asked him if he thought it was worth the
price and he said, "Absolutely....the hardware alone justifies
the cost." The design is ingenious and he wishes he had thought
of it. We only had to adjust the height of the legs; otherwise it
fit perfectly. Got to go now...anxious to start quilting on it right

How thrilled I am with my table. It is
a masterpiece - so beautifully and cleverly crafted. You both have
done an incredible job creating a table that fits so many different
machines. I will also be able to use it with my serger. The extended
surface makes sewing bigger pieces much easier for me. My only problem,
(and believe me this is no hardship at all) is that I have an older
Viking # 1 and the bobbin is not a drop in, so I have to scoot the
table over in order to replace the bobbin. What other wonderful items
have you created?
My husband too is an engineer, a Chemical Engineer, and a terrific

Hi Barb, I have followed your advice and
I am absolutely thrilled with the configuration. It could not be more
perfect. You are right, I should have read the instructions more carefully.
I admit that I am mechanically challenged but I did not want to trust
my partner as he can be a bit heavy handed when fixing anything. If
the table fits a Pfaff 2056, it also fits the current model 2058.
I will send you a photo for the website. Both you and your husband
deserve congratulations for these beautiful products. I was a bit
concerned about the screws but the recessing ensures that fabrics
will glide over the surface (high quality perspex plastic that looks
like glass). By the way, a micro fibre cleaning cloth works really
well on this surface.

I received my extension table this week, I've been using it for
a couple of days now, and it is AWESOME!! It's exactly what I needed,
I just didn't know it. It adjusted to my machine perfectly, and
is just great. I love sewing, but now, it is easier. I love the
way the material glides over the top of it, the material is easier
to handle and maneuver, and it keeps my stitches straighter, because
I have a greater more even surface area to work on. I thank you

The table arrived in perfect
condition on Friday, May 2nd, as promised. I was doing errands so
my husband put it on my machine and I fine tuned it when I came
home. It fits my Viking Platinum 770 just right, thank you. It also
fits my Elna 744 serger.
I have two sewing tables butted up back to back and they are not
exactly the same height. One is a small Koala Sewing Cabinet only
17" deep, the other is a regular office desk. My sewing machine
is on the Koala cabinet so the 24" Sew-AdjusTable extends onto
the desk. With the snazzy adjustable legs on the Sew-AdjusTable
I don't have a wobble even with the slight height discrepancy. Your
table is very well engineered and is a high quality product.

Dear Barbara, I just wanted
to write to you again and let you know that I just used my extension
table. What a huge difference it made in the quilting process. I
don't have a set sewing room, so I have to put my extension table
up and take it down when I'm done sewing. It is so easy to move
from one place to the other. It fits the machine perfectly and when
I'm done I can store it in the original box. I can't imagine sewing
without it and wonder how I ever got along before I ordered it.

I have received the table and am very pleased. It works perfectly
and is the only way I was able to get embroidery done on some large
sweatshirts. The surface was so smooth - there was no friction to
drag and cause misalignment on the stitching. This is such a clever
design and was no trouble at all to set up. What a great idea - an

Barbara, I'll admit I am slow in replying, but I've
been quilting. I'm on my third quilt (well, they were not full quilts,
but 50" or so wall hangings) since I received your sewing table
extension in the middle of October. What a wonderful addition to
my sewing area. It is so nice to have a place to rest my arms while
I am feeding the material under the needle. I find I can sew longer
without getting tired, and I can manage the fabric under the needle
without any drag. It was very easy to put together, and I am impressed

Hi Barb, As promised, just
letting you know that my table arrived yesterday (Saturday Australian
time). It's totally unscathed after its long trip downunder, and
I have to say, is totally ingenious. I knew the table would be great,
but it has surpassed my expectations. I'm in love! Have only done
a test fit thus far as I have to do some shuffing around, but the
height is perfect for my Janome, and I can see it would fit my other
machines just as well. Easily one of the best sewing-related investments
I've ever made.

Hi Barb,
Received my table today. Wooo whooo Had it up in no time with just
a bit of adjusting. I placed the leg on the base and adjusted all
the other legs and voila, worked like a charm. I'm sending you some

finally got a chance to setup my extension table. It took me a bit
to adjust it to my sewing machine and cabinet. I had to move the front
leg so that it was parallel to the front of the machine, otherwise
it was resting on my machine base. I love the way it so easily adjusts
the heights. I've only had an opportunity to work on a small project
and I really like it. I'm going to make drapes for my dining room
in a month or so and I know it will work out great. Thanks for making

Barbara, the new table is
fantastic! I spent the whole day finishing my quilt yesterday on your
new space saver table and it was such a joy to sew on! The quality
of your new “one size fits all” tables is topnotch …
which after having seen your old , I hadn’t expected anything
less! I was able to fit it perfectly to my Pfaff 2056 (I did have
to swing out the front supporting leg using the other screw hole,
as the base of my sewing machine is fairly wide, as described in the
instructions provided – you guys thought of every adjustment
with this new line, didn’t you!). The new legs on this are very
innovative and allow for a perfect height fit of the table to my machine,
though the older version gave me a perfect fit, too! The quality of
acrylic and the nice rounded edges, again, topnotch. The only thing
I was concerned about when ordering your new model or the Large Mate
24 (because I am very picky!) was whether or not the new table was
going to seem like it was four or five pieces bolted together, I wanted
a really flat surface to quilt on. Well, I shouldn’t have worried!
Again, I should have known the quality would be there! The pieces
that allow the table so much adjustment seem to meld into one piece
and the table top is smooth and flat. And there is no worry that the
legs will scratch my dining room table as the bottoms of both ends
are kinda rubberized. I am very happy with my purchase. You guys outdid
yourself with this new … and I already loved the old ! (Sew

my big industrial Singer, I missed the comfort of sewing on a large
flat table. I have looked for, tried and gotten rid of quite a few

I received my Greer MATE 16 today
and I love it so much! I know it sounds ridiculous, but I'm nearly
in tears... I have a Janome machine distributed through Sears, which
makes it slightly different from the regular Janomes, and they don't
make an extension table to fit it... I have been looking for a long
time and hadn't found anything in the right dimensions. I was about
to give up and put away my quilting projects when I saw your table
online. I have to admit that before it came I was a bit worried it
would be flimsy or poorly constructed because it was produced in your
home rather than by a sewing machine manufacturer. I can now say,
hands down, that this table is ten times better than any of the brand-name
tables I looked at before. The edges are extremely smooth, the acrylic
is very thick and stable, the legs don't scratch, and it doesn't wobble
one bit. I especially love the ruler markings on the edge of the table.
It's plenty big for my needs, and it fits my machine perfectly; it's
as though it was custom made for me. Thank you so very much for offering
this wonderful product. I will sing its praises to every crafter and
quilter I meet! It has been an absolute pleasure working with you,
and I hope you continue to develop such innovative and high-quality
products.

have 4 machines that your table fits: a Pfaff 2040, Bernina 1080 Special,
Bernina 145S, also the Brother XR-65. The table sits a tiny bit low
on the Berninas, but nothing I can't get used to. I got a little more
height by using the foam pads you enclosed. I have a special order
table for the Bernina 1080 - it doesn't fit the other machines and
it is not nearly as well constructed as yours (it has plastics screws).
Plus it cost about 25.00 more than yours did. Anyway, once again,
thanks for the great products. I've already mentioned your site on
